Simpson Judge is pleased to have formed an **exclusive partnership** with a **highly successful and entrepreneurial own-brand and contract manufacturer**, based in Lancashire. Over the past few years, this business has exceeded growth plans and continue to grow from strength to strength. This organisation manufactures a range of products in the personal care, pet care and home care categories for white label and own brand products that hold a huge standing in retail spaces nationwide.

This organisation boasts a modern, family-feel environment with great tools and equipment to enable them the growth that they have achieved. They have almost **outgrown their current facilities** due to rate of expansion as more and more brand owners reach to them as their **manufacturer of choice**, due to the high quality and disruptive innovation of their product ranges.

They are now looking for an **experienced Commercial Manager** to join their team, you will have experience of sales within the **personal care arena** previously, with a good understanding of the industry, as well as **latest trends as well as emerging technologies**. You will work in close connection with the laboratory and innovation teams to help bring customers ideas to life, managing projects from concept to launch and ensuring to work to the critical path.

Playing an important role in the relationship between the company and the customer, you will have experience and be confident in discussing **pricing structures**, managing **tender processes** and **negotiating costs**. You will create engaging business proposals to support these processes too

You will provide all information and documentation in accordance with company procedures to all departments, ensuring the customer is given an A* service every time to remain the full, turn-key solutions provider of choice.
