**The Opportunity**:
We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Warehouse & Distribution team in a hands-on supervisory role.

**The Role**:
As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will report into the Shift Managers and you will be responsible for employee supervision in your department for the receiving of stock, storage, order picking and loading of delivery orders, to deliver to our customers on time and in full orders.

**Key Result Areas, Tasks and Main Duties**:

- Motivate, organise, and encourage teamwork within your team to ensure targets and KPI’s are met or exceeded
- Liaise with other areas ensuring open and clear communication between departments
- Hold daily reviews within your department with improvement a key purpose
- Ensuring all stock is accurately recorded and rotated
- Getting order picks through the business, with an aim to achieve perfect, on-time full orders
- Ensuring that your team operate within the legal, food safety and H&S requirements at all times and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and legislation
- Overseeing quality of picking, and to report issues to the Shift Manager if further training or investigation is required
- raising queries with team regarding picking errors and escalating stock queries to stock control supervisor.
- Excellent communication skills and be able to work in a high-volume, fast-moving warehouse
- A minimum of 12 months experience as a Warehouse Supervisor essential
- Have a great eye for detail (checking is a large part of the role)
- Have good Computer skills (Windows, excel, outlook)
- Previous WMS Experience
