Make your mark as a Senior HR Advisor for Boskalis Offshore Energy As Snr HR Advisor for Subsea Services, a part of Boskalis Offshore Energy, you are the first HR point of contact, Promoting the Human Excellence pillars ‘Performance & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Mobility and Vitality’, is a key in executing your work.

In this position, you will add value for your stakeholders and your main focus is on the development of the business and its employees. A proactive and highly communicative professional who shows excellent capabilities to manage relationships across all levels of the organization. You initiate, organize and execute. Besides that, you are hands-on and a can-do mentality is of utmost importance.

**Your responsibilities as a Senior HR Advisor**:

- Aligned with all relevant stakeholders, you execute and monitor HR policies by carrying out the values of cooperation, being pro-active, and solution minded, whilst demonstrating integrity and challenging;
- You will provide advice and guidance on many areas such as absence, employee relations; international relocations; annual appraisal reviews and coaching employees in their career journey within Boskalis
- You provide solicited and unsolicited advice and feedback to the business unit on HR topics, such as performance management, talent management and succession planning;
- You execute various HR projects (in line with the Human Excellence values), such as implementation of the current performance review method, management of trainee/graduate program and renewal of compensation and benefit rewards
- You guide and support the managers with further implementation of key HR processes such as recruitment activities and development plans
- Working within a small team, provide support to other members in achievement of departmental goals and objectives

**Your Qualities**

You can make your mark as a Senior HR Advisor if you have:

- A relevant degree in Human Resources or Business and CIPD certification.
- At least 5 years work experience as a Senior or Lead HR Adviser preferably but not essential within the Oil & Gas industry
- Demonstration of managing multiple HR projects such as TUPE, redundancy and harmonisation.
- Experience of complex Employee Relations issues and facilitation/coaching skills.
- Confidence in dealing with multiple levels of internal stakeholders.
- Ability to increase level of responsibility as required (adhoc cover for Head of HR)

**Extra information**
- Your team: you will work in a team of 3 HR colleagues, each one responsible for own departments in the business unit, closely together with your Head of HR, recruiters and international colleagues in the Netherlands.
- Where you will work: Your location will be our office in Aberdeen. We offer a hybrid working policy.

- time job: The position of Senior HR Advisor is full time, 35 hours per week.
