High Wycombe, United Kingdom Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust Full time

Calling all Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Psychologist or Senior PWPs (Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners)

Do you have a thorough knowledge of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and are looking to gain experience in the Buckinghamshire Psychological Therapies Pathway?

Are you looking for a service that puts staff wellbeing and patient care at the heart of everything they do?

If so, the Buckinghamshire Healthy Minds IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) service has a great opportunity for you

You will join a well-established and successful Single Point of Access Team who screen referrals coming in to all 3 steps of the Buckinghamshire Psychological Therapies Referral Pathway for Adults and Older Adults. Healthy Minds receive about 1000 referrals per month for steps 2 and 3 of the Pathway and about 100 referrals a month for step 4 Psychological Services in Secondary Care.

You will assist with the coordination and successful day-to-day management of incoming referrals, ensuring the provision of a responsive, high-quality service to patients with common mental health problems. You will also support a caseload of clients; assessing their needs and providing patient-specific programmes of care through individual, group and digital treatments.

Part of the role will also involve offering clinical supervision/advice to clinicians who are carrying out Brief Screening assessments. You will also support clinicians to step clients up and out of the service and will liaise, on behalf of clinicians if necessary, with GPs, referrers, and other statutory and non-statutory services in the Trust to ensure clients are signposted to the best service.

We are committed to providing ongoing, high quality Continuing Professional Development (CPD), and in addition to in-house training you will have an annual CPD budget for relevant external courses.

Healthy Minds is a nationally recognized, high-performing, and innovative IAPT service, supporting over 12,000 adults to manage their common mental health difficulties.

Staff wellbeing is a top priority - We have a very active, award winning, wellbeing team within the service and take a pride in maintaining a supportive, collaborative, and productive culture.

The Trust hosts the Oxford Institute of Clinical Psychology Training and Research and the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre. Healthy Minds is actively involved in research, and the service benefits from being a member of the Oxford Academic Health Science Network - Anxiety and Depression Network led by Professor David Clark.

Benefits of working for Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust include:

- Excellent opportunities for career progression
- 27 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, with an increase to 33 days with continuous service
- NHS Discount across a wide range of shops, restaurants and retailers
- Staff accommodation
- Competitive pension scheme
