**Title: SEO Marketing Lead**

**Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (including strong benefits package)**

An excellent permanent role to lead on the SEO strategy for a global, market leading business with 10,000+ employees. This is a great opportunity for a SEO / Content Marketing specialist to influence and deliver a marketing strategy on a global scale. Youwill be given the autonomy to challenge the existing marketing strategy and create a new SEO & Content Marketing strategy that enables the business to meet its strategic targets.

The incumbent will report to the Director of Digital Marketing Strategy & Transformation, being part of the Group Marketing team. You will serve as an evangelist for SEO across the company, working with cross-functional teams both in the UK and Europe.

**Responsibilities**
- Drive the conversation of SEO within the business
- Instil SEO best practices and update processes
- Coordinate SEO activates and implement for a standardised approach
- Develop and implement on-page SEO and off-page SEO tactics with the digital team
- Forecast business impact of SEO (traffic, sales, customer growth)
- Set goals, KPI's and metrics for SEO program measurement
- Identify and execute opportunities to improve the company's and content's search rank for key terms
- Track industry trends and keep the internal team informed of opportunities
- Content analysis - Analyse how performance differs across markets and identify new tactical opportunities
- Track and assess regional SEO campaigns
- Build relationships with marketing teams in different countries
- Work with market's SEO Marketing Associates, Brand Teams and Editorial teams
- Collaborate on the creation of SEO success stories

**Desirable Skillset**
- Extensive SEO strategy experience in a complex environment
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, MOZ, and Screaming Frog
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- Knowledge of how to build an SEO strategic roadmap and ability to deliver growth to a large-scale SEO program
- Expert at leading and working with global marketing teams
- Fluent in multiple European languages is desirable but not essential
- B2B marketing experience is desirable
