As a **Warehouse Coordinator** you'll play a key role at the centre of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers enjoying their favourite M&S food (replace M&S food with products if primary)

**What will you do & what will you need**

As part of your role you will liaise with customers confirming daily orders and queries and check inbound stock deliveries from suppliers. Create pre-advices, stock reports and complete traceability tests when requested. Oversee picking, decanting and allocate jobs to staff and provide a thorough handover to end of shift. Take regular stock rotation to ensure correct dated stock is picked and deliver the involve agenda through effective leadership.

Ideally, you will have a team player attitude, be able to recognise and lend a hand where necessary, have a strong understanding of Health and Safety compliance and good relationship building skills.

Gist **Spalding** is the largest site within Gist’s Temperature Controlled Logistics site network, which manages the transportation of food products from the manufacturer into the retail network.

A significant proportion of our Temperature Controlled Logistics network requires temperature control. The site opened in 1992 and services approximately 95 individual suppliers. With up to 200 loads per day and in-bound product from across the UK and the Netherlands, Gist Spalding is one of the busiest transport operations in our site network.
