**Head of Operations - South** Competitive Salary circa £60,000 - £70,000 Full time, permanent. Join us and contribute to "De-risking Britain's Fleets." **The Opportunity** Tructyre have an exciting opportunity available for a Head of Operations - South to join our operations management team, reporting into the Operations Director. This is a regional role covering south of Oxford including Kent, South Wales and into Cornwall. We are on an exciting journey of implementing our operating model. You will work closely with the Head of Operations - North and the Operations Director to co-create and implement the Operations strategy to enable delivery of our proposition to our customers. As Head of Operations - South you will be instrumental in coaching and developing your team to achieve peak performance. Your role will involve: - Maximising our service delivery to drive sales and profitability whilst maintaining high quality standards and excellent customer service - Managing three Regional Managers and their Depot teams focusing on efficiency and adherence to standard operating procedures - Driving Tructyre’s no compromise on safety ethos by inspiring Depot teams to uphold and implement Tructyre’s health and safety standards - Taking the lead on significant business projects - Working closely with the Head of Operations - North to ensure consistency is maintained across the national proposition **About you** - An enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude which inspires and motivates others - Experience in leading and managing remote teams in a comparable role, ideally in a B2B environment.
