**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes to ensure a smooth and even finish.
- Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors and textures.
- Protect surrounding areas and furniture from paint splatters and ensure clean and tidy workspaces.
- Assess the condition of surfaces and make any necessary repairs or adjustments before painting.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a painter, with a solid portfolio of completed projects.
- Excellent knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Attention to detail and an eye for color and texture.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy materials.
- Health and safety awareness to maintain a secure and accident-free work environment.
