**Painter/Multi-skilled Builder Required, Nottingham Based, 3-4 month Temporary**

Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Painter/Multi-skilled Builder for a project happening at an organisation based in Nottinghamshire. The contract will be temporary 3-4 months. You’ll be based out of one of their main sites in Nottingham. The Job responsibilitieswill be to:

- **
Painter**:

- Involved in all aspects of painting of internal walls across a large site
- **
Multiskilled Builder**:

- Carrying out general building maintenance
- Identifying and notifying the Supervisor of facilities and assets that require renewal

You will be immediately available for work (2-week notice period at maximum).

The hourly rates are below:
Painter & Maintenance Assistant hourly rate will be between £12.50 PAYE or £14.50 Umbrella
