**Ancillary Product Executive**

Up to £35,000 per annum plus bonus up to 10%

**Location: **Hybrid worker, split between home and Hook office, or other cinch sites as required

**what you’ll be working on**
- Analyse, articulate and help shape our product vision for cinch ancillaries
- Identify and explore new product propositions to enhance customers’ faff free motoring experience
- Planning & project managing the delivery of product launches from ideation through to go-live
- Working closely with various external and internal stakeholders to oversee product launch deliverables and user journeys whilst monitoring dependencies and mitigating any potential risks
- Manage in-life products alongside third-party partners, regularly reviewing BI and using agreed KPI's to improve customer experience and optimise commercial performance
- Using qualitative user insight and quantitative data to develop & refine our product portfolio propositions
- Liaising with Marketing and Product squads to ensure effective product placement and communications across all customer touchpoints, offline and online.
- Delving into the customer mindset, waving the faff free flag and exploring new opportunities and understanding competitive factors in the market

- Commercially minded, balancing a compelling customer proposition with commercial needs
- Customer centric and prepared to break the mould to offer our customers value-add products to deliver a faff free motoring experience
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills, able to challenge and influence senior stakeholders and team members
- Passion above all else, you won’t have all the answers from day one, but you’ll know how to get there
- You’ll have experience in ancillary or add-on products, not necessarily from the automotive industry
- Experience in partner stakeholder management
- Relish working within a fast-paced digital environment and ready to be ‘hands-on’ as you’d expect in a young business
