Junior Sales Co-ordinator

**Job Title**: Junior Sales Co-Ordinator (Office-Based)

**Location**: Margate, Kent

**Salary**: £30,000+ per annum (dependent on experience) + performance-based bonuses

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (occasional Saturday)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound and follow-up calls to clients and a wide number of leads with the goal of converting enquiries into confirmed projects.
- Take sales calls, noting down the customer information and inputting it into the CRM.
- Maintain and update client records accurately using our CRM system and internal spreadsheets.
- Organise and line up jobs to hand over to the estimator to price, and follow up with the client after the quote has been sent.
- Coordinate closely with our scheduling team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project planning.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients in a warm, approachable, and professional manner.
- Monitor and manage sales pipelines and contribute to meeting monthly sales targets.
- Assist with general administrative duties to support the sales process.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a sales or client-facing role.
- Demonstrated ability to convert sales leads into confirmed work.
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and workflow platforms and Google Suite. Must be able to work with Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
