A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join a multi-award-winning PLC house builder based in Kent. Well-known for their excellence in the delivery of many top-quality projects in the UK, they are looking for an individual who brings expertiseto their astonishing work.

The Role:
As a Site Manager, you will do the following:

- Overall responsible for site
- Temporary works co-ordinator
- Passionate about producing quality homes with excellent attention to detail to ensure a high standard of finish
- Liaising with customers throughout to maintain a smooth customer journey
- Familiarisation visits with customers and day defects visits
- Liaising with sales throughout build
- Dealing with service providers
- Arranging project meetings with contractors
- Participating in contract meetings
- Managing relationships with Housing Authorities
- Co-ordinating trades and labour ensuring a high standard
- Dealing with wages
- Ordering and monitoring materials
- Preparing risk assessments and method statements and checking those from contractors
- Adhering to strict budget restraints, deadlines and build programme
- Working to NHBC regulations
- Managing Health and Safety

About you:

- New build housing experience working as a Site Manager
- From a high-volume housing background
- 1+ years’ experience
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
- Full UK Driving License
