German speaking Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Wigan, Greater Manchester - Lancashire / Merseyside

Hybrid work: 3 days a week in the office and 2 days at home

**Salary**: Up to £30,000 per annum plus great benefits

An industry-leading manufacturer and supplier, proudly serving customers both domestically and around the globe.

Main duties:
Act as the main point of contact for customer service and manage a customer order from inquiry to delivery.

The role:

- To actively build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- To manage sales orders from entry to completion, including order entry, quotations, follow-up on purchase orders, confirmation of shipment dates and delivery inquiries and shipment tracking
- To provide proactive assistance to the team and other departments within the company as needed
- Fluent German in both written and spoken is essential
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail are required
- Excellent communication skills are necessary
- Experience with SAP is a significant advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
