Simply UK is a proactive Development organisation, based in Scotland covering the UK. We have a proud tradition in the industry for quality healthcare schemes and are noted as being the largest developer of new-build care in Scotland, along with a growing operational portfolio of Care Homes under our Morar Living Brand.

Due to a rapid growth within the company we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join the team, to support on all recruitment activities. The role will be based at our Head Office at Bellshill.

**Key Accountabilities**:
Relevant documentation and data filing

Maintaining the tracker spreadsheets of all advertised posts, hires and sources and generating and issuing the internal weekly update for the Board of Directors.

Updating the Recruitment social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter and vacancy boards

Assisting in ensuring that all recruitment campaigns are proactively monitored during the advertising period and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System.

Provide first class recruitment support for internal business functions

Proven ability to utilise external resources (LinkedIn, direct approaches, dedicated sources etc.) to ensure that a varied pipeline is in place

Assist in the tracking and analysis of all recruitment data to determine the effectiveness of recruitment activities including time to hire, cost per hire and source

Communicate effectively and partner with the wider HR department to ensure shared objectives are aligned and achieved

**Experience**:
Proven ability to manage volume recruitment activities within a fast paced, professional and quality focused setting

Experience of using KPIs to positively measure and improve performance

A can-do attitude and a problem solver

Flexibility towards work assignments with the ability to manage multiple and varied tasks simultaneously and to prioritise workload whilst maintaining attention to detail

**Knowledge / Skills / Competencies**:
Proven experience of working within an in-house Recruitment team or an agency environment with a motivation to move in-house

Excellent and proactive user of LinkedIn and other online recruitment and social media channels e.g. Glassdoor, niche job sites etc

Highly methodical and organised, including time-management skills amid changing priorities

Able to take the initiative and work independently; sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks

Computer literate with programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

Experience in direct headhunting would be beneficial

Self-driven, motivated and heavily results orientated

Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment and to act with a sense of urgency

A strong team player

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Ability to engage constructively with colleagues at all levels across different departments and locations to deliver objectives

**Education / Qualifications**:
A degree education or HR qualification would be valued, we are looking for proven capability, drive and a results-orientated and successful Recruitment Officer to join our thriving team.
