Job title: Trainer / Assessor

Location: Midlands (role requiring nationwide travel)

**Salary**: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE and pro rata

Contract type: 6 month fixed term contract

Hours of work: 37.5 Hours/week the hours of work will be flexible to meet with the business demands and may include weekend and evenings.

- Off the shelf qualifications allowing for quick implementation and turnaround times
- Bespoke delivery materials meaning learners truly understand your values, policies, and processes
- Full 360 training solutions where we provide back-office support as your approved training centre

Our vision is to help break the barriers to learning and provide individuals the opportunity to gain or re-train in the required niche skills to enter the customer safety and security sector.

**Who are we looking for ?**

We are looking for committed applicants who have a professional background and who can develop and deliver highly engaging courses to a broad range of audiences/clients Nationwide.

If successful, you will be a part of the Training delivery team; this would place you at the heart of our business which is highly rewarding. We are looking for creative and forward-thinking trainers with a unique approach to delivery.
- Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety
- Level 3 Certificate in Spectator Safety Supervision
- Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work (1 day)
- Up to date teaching and assessing qualifications
- Professionalism and experience in client facing roles
- Full driving licence and be willing to travel nationwide

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Delivery of interactive classroom sessions
- Creating training needs analysis’s
- Planning training courses and assessment schedules
- Continual development of current programs
- Development of new qualifications & e-learning content
- Assessing learners at their workplace undertaking duties that meet the criteria of the course
- Provide feedback and offer advice if the standards aren’t met
- Attending training days to deliver the course content to learners
- Prepare for internal and external audits
