The role we are advertising for is a full time role working Monday - Friday 0900 -1700

We are an expanding Appliance Engineering company, requiring an Administrative Assistant to be part of a small team growing the company whilst maintaining our excellent customer service. The position requires someone who is organised with excellent time management and customer service skills.

The role will involve:

- Booking in jobs on different platforms
- Planning engineers’ routes and managing diaries
- Creating Advertisements on social media platforms
- Ordering parts/finding prices from suppliers
- Uploading invoices and receipts to HubDoc
- Creating invoices on Xero to send to customers/clients, and ensuring

accounts are up to date
- Processing jobs on internal systems
- Other Ad Hoc duties

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Loyalty bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Liverpool, L20 1EE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
