We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Support Officer to join our team at the Humberside Police HQ This role works closely with our Commercial team, offering admin and analytical support. We are looking for an individual who is proactive, efficient and works with a continuous improvement mindset. Could this be you?

Role Detail:

- Provide the administration required for tender specifications, contract management and procurement pipeline.
- Control and monitor the force procurement folder structure, ensuring all the procurement including contract management documents are captured.
- Maintenance of information and documentation, ensuring that confidentiality and diplomacy is upheld at all times.
- Ensure the most effective/efficient use of resources in support of force objectives.
- Promoting a positive customer service ethos.

Skills and Experience:

- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent in English and Mathematics.
- Excellent working knowledge of working on different IT platforms/systems.
- Significant experience working in a customer orientated field in an office-based environment.
- Experience of handling items of confidential and sensitive information.
- Experience of information technology to input/retrieve computerised information.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
