Austen Allen Homecare is an award-winning Domiciliary Care Company who is a recognised provider of high-quality service, with branches across Dartford, Gravesham, and Medway.

We are now looking to recruit a Care Coordinator to join our team in our Medway Branch. We are looking to recruit someone who is keen to work in a fast-paced, friendly, team focused environment.

**Duties Include (But not be restricted to)**:

- Rostering and scheduling care calls.
- Implementation of new care packages and building on existing rotas.
- To participate in the company’s goals and targets.
- Interviewing potential Care Staff.
- Handling complaints and escalating them to management when needed.
- Answering incoming calls and regularly communicating with Care Professionals and Service Users daily.
- Liaising with GP’s, District Nurses, Social Services, and other Health Professionals.
- Expected to participate in the on-call rota.
- Undertaking care duties in the Community.
- Supporting Care staff in the community.
- Carrying out routine spot checks and supervisions on care staff.
- Responsible for running audits in your designated working area.

- Full Driving Licence and Vehicle Owner

**Hours**:

- Full Time
- Extra flexibility required for evening and weekend work.

**Salary**:

- From 18k - 22k (Dependant on hours and experience.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
