We are a growing construction company based in the East Midlands, delivering high-quality projects. With a strong reputation for reliability and excellence, we are now seeking a Construction Administrator to join our busy team and support the smooth running of our operations.

**Construction Administrator - Position Overview**
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports and record
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, travel and accommodation
- Meeting guests, answering incoming calls and managing the mail
- Maintaining accurate records of health and safety compliance
- Maintaining/Ordering PPE and stationery supplies
- Acting as a point of contact between office staff, site teams and external stake holders
- Assist with potential business leads
- Supporting the wider company with ad-hoc tasks such as marketing/company website/LinkedIn updates
- General administrating duties
- Assist the Design Manager with drawing management

**Construction Administrator - Position Requirements.**
- Proven experience in a construction administrator role
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Organised and detail orientated, with excellent time management skills
- Self-Motivated
- Can work independently as well as a team
- Ability to identify areas for continuous improvement

**Construction Administrator - Position Remuneration**
- Salary £24,000.00 (Negotiable dependant on experience)
- Monday - Friday 8am to 4pm
- 20 days holiday in addition to public bank holidays
- Pension scheme
