**The Role**: This Full-Time position is perfect for individuals who are customer-focused and people-friendly, with a desire to learn new skills and advance their careers. You will work closely with our Clinicians and be supported by a team of enthusiastic colleagues. As a 7-day-a-week organisation, we operate a fair share weekend rota, requiring a minimum of one weekend a month, with weekdays off in lieu.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling telephone queries and acting as a liaison with the office team.
- Answering and directing incoming calls, taking and passing on messages as needed.
- Managing appointments using computerised diaries and preparing the necessary paperwork.
- Liaising with service users, staff, and other healthcare professionals, including Pharmacists, Doctors, and Medical Secretaries.
- Conducting weekly stock-takes and managing stock control.

**Essential Qualities**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills with both colleagues and patients.
- Proficiency in IT, including learning new software packages; skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential (knowledge of Mac computers is preferred).
- A team player with strong organisational skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and capable of prioritising workload.
- Strong communication skills.
- An understanding of needs-led, outcomes-based service.
- Commitment to providing quality care and services.

**Job Type**: Full Time

Expected: 40hours per week
