**Content Designer**
Circa £40,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)
Manchester city centre (hybrid working)

We’re looking for a Content Designer to join our Digital Products & Design team in Manchester to help shape our wide range of digital products and services, working closely with design, product, delivery, and engineering colleagues. We’ll also look to you to product accessible and engaging content based on user behaviour, data, and research. In this role you’ll work in a hybrid way - splitting your time between home and the office (find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).

**What you’ll do**
- Collaborate with colleagues across the wider business to create accessible and engaging content that meets user needs
- Create content that is appropriate to the level of awareness users have of our products and services.
- Work closely with others in your team to make sure the right problems are being solved for our users
- Monitor the performance of content and identify improvement opportunities
- Take part in online and in-person research sessions to identify user needs
- Contribute to our community of practice sessions to share your knowledge and experience with the wider digital team
- Champion the principles of good content design across Co-op

**This role would suit people who have**
- Experience in a Digital Content Designer or UX Writer role
- Experience using content management systems (CMS) and coordinating content production
- The ability to create accessible content for web and mobile apps
- Examples of previous content design work (you’ll be asked to talk through this at interview stage)
- Good relationship-building and collaboration skills
