We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service professional to work closely with our sales and logistics teams in our busy office in Eynsham.

Your Main

**Responsibilities**:

- General administration
- Order processing and answering the telephone
- Dealing with customer queries
- Updating records and data entry
- Project work to enhance sales performance

What we’re looking for

A confident person who can:

- Problem solve
- Deal with a varied work load and a fast paced environment
- Has a good eye for detail & is willing to learn
- Is a team player who communicates well
- Has good IT & Excel skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 27.5 per week

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Performance bonus

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
