The Belsfield Hotel features 62 bedrooms, two bars, a 2AA Rosette restaurant, brasserie and function rooms, perfect for weddings and conferences. We are a 4 star AA listed hotel, beautifully designed to reflect the finest in contemporary luxury.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our friendly team.

**The job**:
Our Porters are responsible for ensuring that all hotel guests are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner, so that fine attention to detail makes every guest stay perfect. They are responsible for meeting and greeting our guests, assisting with luggage, general cleaning, security of the hotel and guests, setting up conference rooms, as well as assisting other departments when necessary.

Also acting as a point of contact for guests, our Porters are an excellent source of information about hotel services and facilities, as well as the local area in general.

**About you**:

- Ideally you will have an experience in similar position (although full training will be given), looking to continue and develop your career further.
- You will have a passion for customer service, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
- You will be a natural communicator with people, able to build relationships in a friendly and professional way.
- You will be able identify customer needs and will exceed their expectations.
- You will be committed to high service standards.
- You will be an enthusiastic and motivated team player, with a can-do attitude.
