Rural Chartered Surveyor

On Behalf of my well known and prestigious Shropshire Client, I am looking for a Rural Chartered Surveyor to join their team.
Job purpose:
To provide rural professional advice on a diverse range of matters, including land management, planning, valuation, property agency, Basic Payment Scheme, compensation and environmental grant schemes, to a wide range of clients. Also to identify new business opportunities, source new clients and contribute to business development objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure personal Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements are met
- Establish and maintain excellent professional working relationships with clients and colleagues
- Deliver an exceptional level of customer service
- Support senior team members as required
- Track personal fee earning for the calendar year
- January to December and report to line manager
- Prepare own client invoices for work carried out, track outstanding invoices on a monthly basis and issue statements where required
- Seek the assistance and support of senior team members when needed
- All those duties reasonably associated with your job title
Key Skills required:
- Excellent communication

- Effective time management
- Well organised and self-motivated
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good Computer Skills
Salary is in the range of £25,000 to £40,000 per year, based upon experience and qualification.
