Marketing Campaign Specialist - Fluent German - UK Remote
Prestigious London based Client requires an accomplished Marketing Campaign Specialist to support with reviewing content for the client’ German site and arranging events across Germany. The Marketing Campaign Specialist will need to be fluent in German andhave knowledge about German culture. No planned travel for the moment but in the future, you might be required to travel occasionally. You will plan, execute, manage and deliver best-in-class social media content and campaigns for the client

- Prepare and lead event registration, Partner Sponsoring, Financials, Digital Platform Management, to ensure a successful delivery of events.
- Manages, maintains the live Event Calendar internal and external as single source of truth
- Works closely with the Global Events Team to plan, consolidate and communicate on live virtual events and on demand events. Program and project management for defined events from A to Z
- Provide counsel and guidance to internal teams to drive effective engagements that meet customer needs and business objectives. Support Germany events led by global team
Essential:
- Experience working in a social media execution role
- Experience delivering best-in-class content strategy aligned to broader social, brand and business objectives and then delivering against that content strategy from end-to-end (strategy & planning, copywriting & creative briefing, project management)
- Extensive knowledge of the key social platforms, their algorithms and how audiences use and engage on them. Ability to spot and capitalize on key social media trends
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, attention to detail, excellent grammar skills
- Quality control - keen attention to detail to assess content against brand and tone of voice guidelines
- Ability to juggle multiple moving parts within this fast paced, real-time role
- Proactivity, ability to respond quicklye
- Community management - able to engage our audiences by leading the conversation on social but also cool in a crisis with the ability to follow crisis social guidelines and proactively find solutions to issues when necessary
- Ability to be proactive and execute independently within the company guidelines
- Confident working with stakeholders from various levels of an organization
- Fully German native speaker, ability to work in English for German team member
- Ability to present and teach others key skills
- Ability to create basic graphics using existing on-brand templates (Photoshop / Canva)
- Shoot for social (photos and videos) at live events
- Experience using Sprinklr or similar
- Paid social strategy and management experience
- Global Event Management with working experience of large events in a similar role
- Language: Native German/Fluent German required
