Our retail advisers play an essential role in looking after our customers and providing them with excellent customer service as well as ensuring that their departments are well stocked with our full product range
**About the role**:
l Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
l Working with your colleagues to ensure that the sales floor is well merchandised and products are displayed to promote customer interest
l Building rapport with customers and having the knowledge to recommend product and up sell to our customers
**About you**:
- Enjoy working in a customer focused retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate in a clear and friendly manner.
- Strong organisational and IT skills.
**About Leekes Retail & Leisure Group**:
Established in 1897 as an ironmongery business in South Wales, the Leekes Retail and Leisure Group has grown and diversified over the last 120 years. It remains a family business by the fourth generation with the group now including 4 large home department stores, a furniture store in Bristol - Park Furnishers, a builders’ merchants, two four-star hotels - the Vale Resort and Hensol Castle, a 17th century grade I listed castle as well as gin distillery and visitor centre.
