Crossroads Truck & Bus Ltd is the Volvo Truck and Bus specialists across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. We provide a total transport solution for the industry, from new trucks to used trucks, and parts and servicing for trucks, buses and trailers.
An exciting opportunity has arisen, we are recruiting for a planning administrator to be based within the group invoicing team at our Hull depot (HU9 5NP).
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**
- A group role looking after the 7-day planning responsibilities for multiple locations.
- Maintain correct service planning schedules for all vehicles that operate in our dealer region.
- Pre-book vehicles using the Workshop Planner for repair and servicing; liaising with the workshop and customers where necessary.
- Introducing and sending service notifications to all customers.
- Respond to internal and external enquiries.
- Maintain customer and vehicle records.
**Position
**Monday to Friday 08.30am until 17.00pm, based on a 39 hour week.
