**Talent Acquisition Partner (sales recruitment specialist)**

**Initial Fixed-term contract**

**Ebury - London Victoria Office - 4 days per week office based**

As Ebury continues to grow, one of our biggest priorities is finding the right people to join our talented teams globally.

**The Job**
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience and behaviours.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods
- Diary management and interview bookings
- Ensure accurate information is captured in our recruitment system, Greenhouse.

**About You**
- A proven track record as a recruiter/talent acquisition specialist or researcher/resourcer
- Agency or in-house experience
- Experience of volume recruitment is beneficial
- Experience of recruitment in Financial Services or Sales is beneficial.
- Fluent English (both spoken and written)
- Fluency in another European language would be useful
- Highly organised and autonomous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A flexible mindset and the ability to cope with our fast-paced culture
- Strong work-ethic - we are a very busy team
