**Job Title;**Head of Portfolio - Property Management
**Salary;**Basic salary £40,000 dependant on experience, plus a quarterly paid commission incentive.
**OTE;**£48,000+
**Location;**Vox Studios, 1-45 Durham Street, SE11 5JH

**The Role**
Are you a natural-born leader with a passion for property management? Do you have a knack for bringing out the best in others and thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, then this role might be just what you've been searching for.

**Your Responsibilities as Head of Portfolio**:
As Head of Portfolio, you will lead the resolution of first-stage resident complaints, whilst proactively identifying and escalating potential serious complaints. You will cultivate a high-performing team through effective leadership, including monthly 1-2-1 meetings and performance evaluations.

You will ensure all property management operations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, developing and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency. Furthermore, you will champion industry best practices and maintain alignment with evolving standards.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- You have extensive experience within residential property management in a senior capacity.
- You are ARLA qualified.
- You are an expert communicator capable of effectively managing conflict and problem solving.
- Your leadership skills are evident in your ability to effectively motivate and guide a team.
- You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- You have the ability to multitask by employing effective time management strategies.
