**The Role**:

- To project manage a number of complex projects, from inception through to handover to business, ensuring the delivery of specified products and services within agreed time, quality and cost parameters.
- To develop, streamline and nurture key relationships with project stakeholders, encouraging a future-orientation and championing the values of the organisation.

**About You**:

- Higher education qualification or equivalent
- Qualification in Project Management -e.g. APM / PRINCE2 (desired)
- Successful track record of management and delivery of projects
- Knowledge of fenestration, construction and PM tools and techniques (desired)
- BSc degree in Project Management or equivalent (desired)
- Excellent communication, planning and organisation skills
- Initiative and problem solving skills
- Commitment to own career development and training
