Project Manager

About the roleAs a Project Manager, you will manage and support the implementation and delivery of the Council’s transformation activities, and other corporate priority and major projects. This role will manage and support some of the Council’s most complex transformational and innovative change projects and programmes of work, from inception to completion, supporting their delivery to time, budget, and to the highest standards.We are looking for an individual who is :An experienced Project Manager who can bring a fusion of project management, change management and business analysis skills to the roleQualified in an appropriate Project Management discipline with experience of working on projects or programmes within a transformational environment, preferably within a political contextAble to apply Business / Data Analysis approaches to support the delivery of innovative solutions to help us continually improve our servicesA natural collaborator and excellent communicator, with experience of working with a range of stakeholders to deliver changeA ‘can-do’ person and excited to realise project benefits and create a positive change for our residents and communitiesAble to prioritise their workload and enjoys working within a fast paced, complex environmentProfessionally curious, innovative and creativeExcited to join us and be part of Lincolnshire County Council and share our values and behavioursIf this describes you, come and join our Transformation ServiceAbout Our OfferIn return we are offering a salary of £33,024 - £36,648, along with a pension and a comprehensive benefits package.
