**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their dining experience. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of hospitality, including bartending, and maintaining food safety standards. **Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
- Prepare and serve beverages at the bar, adhering to all bartending standards.
- Assist in food preparation and presentation, ensuring high standards of food safety are maintained.
- Provide support during catering events, ensuring all guest needs are met promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and bar.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team player who is willing to help colleagues as needed and contribute positively to the work atmosphere.

Pay: £12.10-£12.25 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
