**Key Purpose**

You will oversee administration for the fire department, making sure we are delivering excellent customer service, ensuring all jobs are booked in, in a timely manner and all administrational duties are covered daily.

**Key Job Responsibilities**
- Ensure Fire Risk Assessments are created on Risk Warden, proofread, provide quotes for actions raised and send across to clients.
- Respond to enquiries from all websites, social media etc
- Create quotations for Fire Safety Training, Fire Risk assessments, Floor Plans and Fire Door Surveys, some may be bespoke quotes.
- Manage the Fire Risk assessors, booking all diary appointments, day to day managing of workload.
- Process invoices on internal systems, including closing of calls and ensuring all details within are correct
- Creation of PO numbers for sub-contractors within calls raised.
- Produce and distribute all training certificates.
- Book training venues and advertise for the monthly Fire Warden Training.
- Updating weekly KPI report and monthly forecast report.
- Any other administration tasks which your manager requires

**Essential Requirements**
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of MS package
- Excellent time management
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative

**Desirable Requirements**
- Knowledge of CASH
- Understanding the Fire regulations.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £20,000.00 per year
