We are currently looking for a Jet Wash Operator & Driver to work Nights in Central London.

The job involves the setting up and operation of an industrial high power jet washing machine to deep clean approximately 400sq metres of pavement, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, it can be some occasional weekends.

Working as part of a team of 2 operators, your role will be to ensure the safety of the site, deep cleaning pre-agreed areas, using hot water delivered under high pressure.

Operations take place usually between Late March and November (weather dependent). At other times, you will undertake general janitorial duties either at night or during the day.

Valid UK Driving License with at least 5 years of history is essential.

The role is based in Central London. Normal hours are 15:30 - 23:30 Monday to Friday.

Duties include:

- Driving/Supporting the janitorial vehicle and operation of the jet wash machine
- Setting up of a safe working area within health and safety guidelines
- Providing a high quality deep cleaning/janitorial service to local businesses
- Street sweeping and picking of litter (where required)
- Removal of graffiti and flyposting (where required)
- The role involves working outside

Applicants must be hard working and reliable, must be able to follow instructions but also use their own initiative

Previous experience would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.

Applicants should be physically fit and able to work on their feet for up to 8 hours at a time and in all weather conditions.
