**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operational Management**: Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of taxi services.
- **Client Relations**: Manage client communications, scheduling, and bookings for optimal client experience from inquiry to follow-up.
- **Financial Oversight**: Handle invoicing, payments, and basic financial tracking; work closely with accounting for accurate financial management.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize and execute workshops, seminars, and webinars; manage logistics, promotion, and client communications.
- **Project Management**: Oversee ongoing business development projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- **Performance Analysis**: Track KPIs to drive data-informed strategies for improved business operations and client satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and deliver regular performance and operational reports to the Director, with actionable insights for improvement.
**Person Specification**
**Essential Criteria**
- **Qualifications**: Relevant degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Demonstrated experience in business support, office management, or a similar role, preferably in the transport or taxi sector.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- **Financial Competence**: Proficiency in basic financial management, including invoicing and record-keeping.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: Proactive approach to identifying and solving operational issues.
- **Digital Literacy**: Proficiency in office software and digital platforms, with a willingness to learn new systems as needed.
**Desirable Criteria**
- **Industry Experience**: Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or taxi operations.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to interpret data and develop insights to support business improvements.
- **Project Management Skills**: Experience in overseeing projects, from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
