**Hours**: 30 hours per week (Mon-Sun 10pm -8am which will include working days, evenings, alternate weekends and bank holidays )

**About the Role**:

Advance is looking for Support Workers Waking Nights to support, guide and prompt a young adult in their own home in Camborne. This young adult enjoys going for walks, riding their bike and likes to take adventures to explore the local trains. They also enjoy cooking and baking with the guidance from you as a support worker. This young adult also enjoys going to the local attraction site of Flambards. You will be shadowing this young adult before you start to get to know the customer.
during the nights you will be required to:
- Keep up to date with training
- Completing paperwork
- Regular checks on the customer
- House keeping
You don’t need to have previous experience working in care or support to be successful in this role. What matters are your values, your passion and determination to make a difference in the lives of people with Autism or learning disabilities.

- Flexible to work on a rolling rota for shadow shifts during the day and waking nights.
- Good at working on your own and within a team
- Excellent at communicating with people.
- Able to complete good quality support records.
- You will be able to work weekends.
