Sellick Partnership are currently assisting in the recruitment of a number of trades operatives. These include a Plasterer, Joiner, Plumber and Decorator at a Social Housing provider based in Coventry to assist in the delivery of high quality customer serviceacross void and tenanted properties.
**Duties of the Trades Operative role will include, but is not limited to**:
- Undertaking general duties within your primary trade and multi skilled tasks
- Covering all aspects of the role be it Plastering, Joinery, Plumbing or Decorating
- Completing works to agreed timescales whilst adhering to health and safety at all times
- A City and Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant Trade ie. Plastering, Joinery, Plumbing or Decorating
- A full driving licence
