**About the Role**: As a Behaviour Mentor, you’ll play a pivotal role in motivating and encouraging students aged 7 to 16 to engage with their education and develop both academically and emotionally. You will be a key figure in helping them navigate challenges, build resilience, and gain confidence in their abilities. This is your chance to be a **positive role model**, working alongside a skilled team dedicated to empowering students who need it most.

**Skills & Experience Needed**:

- Previous experience with **SEMH** and **challenging behaviour** is highly desirable
- **TeamTeach** training is a plus, though not essential - your enthusiasm and commitment are what count
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- A deep commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- A passion for helping students unlock their full potential

- References confirming suitability for role
- Commitment to Safeguarding
- Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service
- Eligibility to work in the UK
