We are looking for an empathetic and proactive **Behaviour Mentor** to join our team in Lewisham. This role is perfect for individuals who can build strong relationships with students and help them thrive in their educational journey.

**About the Role**

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:

- Work closely with students to provide tailored support for behavioural and emotional needs.
- Help implement behaviour management strategies and interventions.
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and pastoral staff to address individual student needs.
- Act as a role model, promoting resilience, self-confidence, and positive behaviour.

**About You**
- Have experience working with young people, particularly those with behavioural or emotional challenges.
- Be patient, understanding, and committed to supporting student development.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
- Hold relevant qualifications or training in behaviour management (desirable but not essential).
