**Role**: Digital Marketing Assistant

**Location**: Hammersmith SW London

**Pay Rate**: £13-14ph

**Duration**: Temporary | 4 months

**Hours**:Full time | Monday to Friday | 08:00 - 18:00

**Duties (include but are not limited to)**:

- Understand the business and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry.
- Manage the Third Party Mail Manager System
- Work with multiple departments across the organisation to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the tech team and marketing team to specify feature details, create user stories, drive delivery and User Acceptance Testing.
- Build & maintain up-to-date industry knowledge of marketing technologies.
- Form relationships and partnerships between with other parts of the Group to help achieve goals
- **Available to start immediately with no notice period**:

- Highly analytical mindset and data-driven
- Thrive on challenges and demanding situations
- Ability to follow instructions effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills including negotiating, influencing and problem solving
- Flexible approach to working day and evidence of working as a member of a team
