**Reading Smiles and Smile Rooms Group has an exciting opportunity. We really value our team, and we know how important hiring the right people is, for this reason we are looking for an internal recruiter to help grow our group.**
**We are an award winning private and cosmetic dental group with exciting expansion planned.**
**Key responsibilities**
- Manage the end to end recruitment process for our 5 sites, including contracts and onboarding onto our internal training programmes as needed. Stay in touch with our new starters during their notice period and during the probation.
- Build strong relationships with the practice managers to understand their team and needs. Work closely with and report into our group manager.
- Advertise on Indeed, network on social media and build on our existing CRM. Adjust and monitor your adverts performance and use the budget in the best manner possible.
- Conduct initial screening of CVs and conduct initial interviews at the appropriate site
- Proactive, meticulous and makes the role a key position in our group.
- Experience of working within recruitment (either at an agency or direct hiring)
- Someone who lives and breathes recruitment and understands how instrumental this role is to our company’s growth.
- Not required - but someone who is happy to post and/or create content for social media is beneficial.
