**Role Overview**

As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels. This is an ideal role for someone looking to start or advance their career in marketing, offering hands-on experience and training in both strategy and implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support content creation for digital, print, and social media platforms
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
- Help manage and update company websites and social media profiles
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing efforts
- Assist in organising marketing events and promotional activities
- Maintain databases and marketing materials

**Requirements**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of marketing principles
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field is preferred
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
