**What will I be doing?**
- Ordering bloods and updating medical notes on an internal system
- Collaborating with colleagues on Teams
- Using Excel to update spreadsheets
- Booking appointments and sending out confirmation
- Updating records to show attended and non attended appointments
- Answering phones (after training)
**What do I need to be successful?**
- Well organised
- Have a willingness to learn and use own initiative
- Have a proactive approach to tasks
- Good timekeeping skills
**Benefits?**
Incremental salary increases after month 3, 6 and 9 of the apprenticeship programme
**Working week**:
37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30 pm
**Future prospects**:
90% of QA apprentices secure permanent employment after completing: this is 20% higher than the national average.
**Important information**:
Throughout your apprenticeship you are supported by your skills coach and your account manager. They work with your line manager to ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support.
At the end, as well as the valuable experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification.
