We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our team. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided. The only requirement is that you will have excellent communication and customer service skills.

The role provides day to day support to the sales team. The main duties are providing administrative support to the department, ensuring that leads are maximised and distributed between the sales team.

**The Role**
- Contacting customers through online review platforms and feedback both positive and negative responses appropriately
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and sales manager
- Answer overflow calls and distribute to the relevant department
- Assist with remarketing and direct mailing on marketing campaigns
- Used to exceeding customer expectations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to prioritise and organise own workload
- Professional and friendly phone manner
- Team player
