We are currently looking for 1 Reservation Specialist for Tropical Destinations.

Position Requirements:

- At least 1 years’ experience in similar position;
- Assist guests by selling future room reservations;
- Process all guest reservations, including guest follow up;
- Assist Corporate Reservation and Commercial Supervisor with a variety of tasks;
- Very good knowledge of the following languages: English and Italian;
- Must possess intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn and master multiple software systems;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Ability to speak additional languages will be highly desirable: German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Swahili;

- Self
- motivated and attentive to details;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Knowledge of main Hotel software;
