The Cymraeg Group has continued to diversify its core range of products from vending supplies and services, to now also providing fully managed coffee shops for the work place with its Boullies Brand as well as being the first choice for dedicated distributorships for bespoke products offered by likes of Douwe Egberts Professional.

Due to continued expansion & internal promotions Cymraeg Vending Ltd are looking for a full time Mobile Vending Operator for one of our existing vending operator routes across Bristol & the South West of England as well as holiday cover at sites in Swindon & South East Wales.

**The Person**

Following the initial training period, you will be working with mínimal supervision, as a result you will need to be self-motivated and well organised with a polite manor. We expect all our staff to take ownership of their duties with an attitude of whatever it takes The role is primarily cleaning based so good personal hygiene and care in appearance is essential. You will need to be a people person, driving and motivating yourself to achieve the highest possible standards within the industry and contribute towards an environment of exceptional customer service where going the extra mile is the norm.

**The Description**
- Clean and fill each machine inline with company operating procedures.
- Order and maintain the required stock levels inline with company operating procedures.
- Document and record work activities inline with company operating procedures.
- Diagnose and repair basic machine failures with over the phone assistance when needed from service engineers when possible.
- Elevate all machine failures that cannot be rectified in person.
- Handle and elevate when needed customer feedback inline with company operating procedures.
- Collect and securely store cash inline with company operating procedures.

**Prerequisites**
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Must be available for an immediate start.
- As driving is important, no more than three points on your license.

**The Terms**
- Full time working hours for 5 days with opportunities for more hours available.
- Company mobile phone provided.
