We are looking for an experienced Administrator for an immediate start temporary assignment based in Bridgend
Working within the Human Resources & Organisational Development Department, you will provide support to the HR team and duties will include: -- Completing the operational process in relation to setting up of all new starters within required deadlines, including all pre-screening, employment, and safeguarding checks
- Undertaking criminal records checks and associated processes
- Ensuring all contractual documentation is up to date reflecting any relevant legislative or policy changes
- Maintaining all related HR/Payroll computerised information systems
- Carrying out compliance checks
- Experience of working in an HR transactional environment would be an advantage
- Understanding of data protection/confidentiality requirements
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attentional to detail and the ability to prioritise workload ensuring deadlines are achieved
This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
