Help Resourcing Limited are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading supplier of tool hire products to assist them with some new vacancies as they move forward in an exciting period of growth.

We are working with the UK’s leading tools and equipment hire company, and 2020 they embarked on an ambitious new project. The Builders Merchant project has seen the business open 50+ stores in partnership with independent Builders Merchant partners, andthis is set to grow furthermore year on year.

**Role**:
We are delighted to be working with them to recruit a**Branch Manager / Hire Sale Manager**

**Salary**:
Salary depending on builders merchant or Hire experience up to £30,000 + a monthly bonus of up to £500

**Hours**:
7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday and every Saturday 7am to 12pm

**Job Purpose Statement**:
In this role you will proactively chase sales opportunities and develop relationships with both new and existing customers. You will create a friendly and welcoming environment that encourages return custom, to enable branch sales and margin growth.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Help to achieve branch hire sales
- Serve customers on the counter
- Respond positively and effectively to customers’ needs
- Build rapport and be polite and courteous to customers
- Source materials needed to meet customers’ requirements
- Agree best possible margin when negotiating with customers

**Personal Profile**:

- Minimum 2 years builders merchant or hire experience or similar transferable skills
- Demonstrates a positive, friendly and stable attitude
- Is prepared to develop knowledge of the company and its products
- Someone who promotes our culture and values
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills
- Ability to prioritise responsibilities under pressure
- Confidence in a sales environment
- Knowledge and Experience
- Excellent IT skills
- Previous Sales Experience
