RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR
Role Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Recruitment Team as a Recruitment Administrator. This role is based in our Birmingham office.
As a Recruitment Administrator you will assist the Recruitment team with co-ordination of all recruitment. Liaising with relevant members of the HR team together with line managers and preferred supplier recruitment agencies.
Main duties and responsibilities
Log and manage CVs both direct and from agencies.
Vacancy advertising on the Firm's intranet.
Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to any incoming messages on LinkedIn.
Update agency contact information on recruitment database.
Ideally, you will bring the following skills and experience to the role:
Administration and/or customer service experience obtained in a busy environment.
Previous experience ideally obtained in a professional services environment.
HR or Recruitment experience is preferred.
