Job Title: Recruitment Administrator

Location: Birmingham City Centre

**Salary**: £24,00 - £27,000 (dependent on your experience)

We are currently looking for a motivated Recruitment Administrator to join an international law firm on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

You will be responsible for providing technical systems support to the Early Talent team with a particular focus on becoming a on the graduate applicant tracking system.

Responsibilities of the Recruitment Administrator
- Scoping and collating the firm's multi-national requirements in relation to further development and testing of the Oracle Cloud Recruit system
- Maintenance of Early Talent Team databases, spreadsheets and files to ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations
- Preparation of all documentation relating to offers using Oracle Cloud Recruit
- Support the Early Talent Team in the delivery of ad hoc projects as requested

Skills required for the Recruitment Administrator
- Willingness to become a superuser for the firm's specialist IT systems on a regular basis e.g., ATS and file management software
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, specifically Excel
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
